Accoya Komodo keeps to the traditional Japanese art of Shou Sugi Ban. Form and function meet with the marriage of a beautiful black finish to a durable, weather and pest resistant wood. Komodo is the flagship of our burnt wood collection. The wood is heavily charred then hand finished with a non-toxic clear coat to protect it from the elements.

Application
Accoya is heavily tested and proven to withstand variable weather conditions and climatic shifts. This product is treated with a natural solution that makes it highly resistant to insect infestation as well as rot and mold. Whether installing in the high altitudes of Colorado, or the southern California coastline, this product will stand the test of time. Accoya is applicable to both interior and exterior designs.
