Accoya Pitch Black combines traditional Shou Sugi Ban with a futuristic yet rustic flair. The wood is charred, brushed, heavily sandblasted then finished with a black stain or clear-coat, depending on the depth of color you desire. The brushing process results in a deeply embossed surface which adds rich texture to each board.

Application
Accoya is heavily tested and proven to withstand variable weather conditions and climatic shifts. This product is treated with a natural solution that makes it highly resistant to insect infestation as well as rot and mold. Whether installing in the high altitudes of Colorado, or the southern California coastline, this product will stand the test of time. Accoya is applicable to both interior and exterior designs.
